Chad Elliott will unveil his latest exhibit, “Rhythm,” on May 1, 2025 from 6-8 p.m. during a gallery event at Elliott Art Studio in Jefferson, IA. Inspired by dance, the “Rhythm” exhibit will feature all new acrylic on canvas paintings by Elliott.

            “These paintings are in various styles, but they are all centered around the theme of movement and rhythm,” Elliott said.

This is the first exhibition Elliott Art Studio has hosted since the opening of the studio in Jefferson.

            “I’m excited to host this gallery event. Gathering a new collection of themed work is always inspiring,” Elliott said. “I plan to do more themed exhibitions in the future. Part of the mission of Elliott Art studio is to celebrate the visual arts and I hope Jefferson will participate in that celebration.”

            “Rhythm” will be on display at Elliott Art Studio May 1-29.

            “People can come see the artwork by appointment, but the best way to see the exhibit will be at the reception on May 1,” Elliott said.

           The public is invited to attend the unveiling event and no ticket is necessary. Doors open at 6 p.m. on May 1 with a short talk about the exhibit at 6:30 p.m. Then, from 7-8 p.m., guests are invited to view artworks and mingle with Elliott. Elliott Art Studio is located at 113 S. Chestnut St. in Jefferson, IA next to The Thomas Jefferson Gardens.
