After lunch, choose to tour available commercial buildings in Jefferson or explore available land and development opportunities in the area, or both. See spaces in person, ask questions, make connections, and discover what your next opportunity in Jefferson could look like.

• Who should attend?

  Entrepreneurs, current business owners, developers, investors, or anyone considering starting, expanding, or relocating a business in Jefferson or Greene County.

• Is the event free?

  Yes! The event is completely free to attend, and lunch is provided. Advance registration is required.

• Do I need to have a business idea or plan already?

  No. You are welcome whether you have a specific business or project in mind or are simply interested in learning more about opportunities available in the area.

• What will the Lunch + Learn include?

• Will I get information about the properties we tour?

  Yes. Attendees will receive information about the available properties, including details provided by property owners and contact information for following up after the event.

• Do I have to participate in the entire event?

  We encourage attendees to join us for the full experience, but registration will allow us to better understand which portions of the event you plan to attend.

• I own an available building or property. Can I include it in the tour?

  Yes! Local landlords and property owners with available commercial buildings or land can submit their property to be included in the tour. A separate property submission form is available for owners.
