5 New Events: Bell Tower Festival ‘25 🤠
Looking for a reason to come to this year’s Bell Tower Festival? We’ve got five reasons and they’re brand new.
This year, we’re bringing a whole new kind of energy to Jefferson with a western twist. Our 2025 theme is “Saddle Up”, and it’s all about celebrating a blast from the past. Look for western-themed games, contests, and activities throughout the weekend. We can’t wait to see everyone downtown this June for a rootin’-tootin’ good time!
#1 - BOURBON TASTING
New for 2025, we’re adding a little something special for the 21+ crowd. The Bourbon Tasting Experience will feature a curated lineup of smooth, bold, and flavorful bourbons, including a few rare and hard to find selections you won’t typically get the chance to sample.
It’s a unique opportunity to try premium pours without the premium price tag and the perfect pairing to a summer evening at the Bell Tower Festival. 🥃
#2 - BOOT TOSS
Aim high in the "Boot Scootin' Bullseye Bonanza" for a shot at $1,000! Ride the lift, hurl your cowboy boot at the target, and if you're the closest, that cash is yours. Don't miss this wild west win!

#3 - ART FEST
Join us on Saturday, June 14 from 10 AM–4 PM in Russell Park for a brand-new Art Fest! Browse and buy work from local artists while enjoying the creative energy of downtown Jefferson. With pickleball and basketball tournaments happening nearby, it’ll be a lively day full of art, activity, and community.
#4 - STREET DANCE
Two nights, two unforgettable dance parties:
Friday: Get ready to move with live DJ mixes from The Shuffle Couple — local favorites known for keeping the dance floor packed!
Saturday: Don’t miss The Sheet, a hit band from Des Moines bringing big sound and high energy to cap off festival weekend.

#5 - COOKIE CONTEST
Think your cookies are blue-ribbon worthy? Prove it at our first-ever cookie baking contest during Thursday night’s Block Party! Judging starts at 7:00 PM, and winners will walk away with cash prizes — $100 for 1st place, $50 for 2nd.
It’s free to enter and open to walk-ups — just drop off your cookies near the street stage between 6:45–7:00 PM. Plus, after judging, bakers are welcome to share their cookies with the crowd!
