Joyce has been such a valuable member of the Tower View Team, always willing to lend a hand wherever she's needed! She played an active role in the creative process behind Arch Alley, has served as a Mahanay Bell Tower tour guide, helped care for the public pianos on the plaza, and loves sharing information about the sculptures and rooftop artwork throughout our Main Street district.

More recently, Joyce has been a big help with Porch Fest, arriving early to set up tents, welcome food trucks, and make sure everyone is settled in. Her positive attitude and willingness to jump in make such a difference, and we can always count on her!

Joyce has always said she isn't "artistic" herself, but she is certainly a true supporter of the arts in downtown Jefferson. We're so grateful for everything she does!
