Lynda Cochran

Lynda Cochran has been part of the Tower View Team since the very beginning, helping shape many of the projects and experiences that have brought energy and creativity into Jefferson’s downtown. From early alley transformations like Sally’s Alley and Arch Alley to community events and public art installations, Lynda has been a steady and enthusiastic presence behind the scenes.

Her involvement goes far beyond showing up. She’s someone who jumps in wherever needed, whether that’s helping with events, supporting artists, or making sure the details come together. Over the years, she has also contributed to Main Street’s Promotions Team, assisting with events like Cash Mobs and the Community Christmas Tree lighting, helping create moments that bring people together.

As Tower View Team Chair Deb McGinn shared:

"Lynda is an original member of Tower View Team. She has helped with many of our Party in the Alleys. She is a cheerleader of all the projects and artists and never misses a meeting. If she can make a phone call or pick up something we need, or deliver something to help with our advertising all we need to do is let Lynda know and she's off! We appreciate her support so much and we really appreciate her golf cart on Porch Fest days! TVT participates in Spook the Loop and Lynda has been a great "Main Street Witch" every year along with other TVT volunteers for that fun event. Early on she also volunteered with Main Street's promotion team. In that roll she volunteered with Cash Mobs and the Community Christmas Tree lighting event. She's a gem for Main Street!"

Lynda’s energy, consistency, and willingness to jump in have made her a key part of so many efforts over the years. Her impact can be seen across projects, events, and the continued momentum of Tower View Team, helping create spaces and experiences that invite people to explore, connect, and spend time in Jefferson.

Thank you, Lynda!
