For nearly a decade, Shelly has been helping make Jefferson a more welcoming and beautiful place through her involvement with the Tower View Team. Whether she's planning events, caring for public spaces, or bringing creative projects to life, she's always willing to jump in wherever she's needed.

From organizing Party in the Alley events to helping with public art installations and beautification projects, Shelly's impact can be seen throughout downtown. Her dedication, creativity, and willingness to lend a hand have made her an invaluable part of the Tower View Team.

As the Tower View Team chair, Deb McGinn shared,

"Shelly has been a great volunteer for Tower View Team. She jumped in to spearhead several of our Party in the Alley events. We are so glad she is one of the team that has a green thumb. If you enjoy all of the little gardens in Sally's Alley, you can thank Shelly. She also helped paint and install Patches of Greene roof top art project and participated in workshops for Arch Alley and one year she took charge of the painted piano project. Every team needs a Shelly!"
